Getting your order to you is our Number One priority
If you’re an account holder then there’s no delay... in stock items will be despatched to you by overnight courier on a traceable “signature required” ticket (please note our last daily pickup time is around 3pm).
Cash Sale Orders are processed and despatched the same, we just need to collect payment prior to them leaving our warehouse.
We accept payment by Visa & Mastercard which can be processed at check out (no card processing fees apply). Alternatively, you can remit payment direct to our bank account, these details are provided on our Invoice which you will receive on completion of your order.
All orders are supplied Freight Free... the price you pay includes delivery to your door.
About our pricing
We've decided to keep things simple... our sutures are priced by "Suture Type" rather than individually (by combination). This means, regardless of what combination you require (USP, needle/form and length) the cost of the suture remains the same.
Out of Stocks: You will know at the time of placing your order whether the suture and quantity you have selected are in stock; "out of Stocks” are flagged with an expected delivery date showing. If you're happy to wait, then add the item to your order (this item will not be invoiced to you until it is despatched).
Non-Stock Items: We are happy to accept Special Orders for non-stock items; please contact us with your requirements.
